Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 will be available, as will the special edition, for the Switch on February 16. The regular edition of the Bayonetta bundle will also come with a download code for the first game alongside the physical version of Bayonetta 2, so it unfortunately looks like only the sequel will be made into physical format. Steam users can now save 20 and download a fairly popular game for free, courtesy of Fanatical. The only catch is that you need to sign up for Fanaticals newsletter to redeem the offer, however. Though the bundle will also be released in Japan - dubbed the Non-Stop Climax Edition - sadly there’s no news on a North American release, that is if the collector’s edition will even hit US/Canadian shores.

The packshot below reveals that the special edition - on top of a copy of Bayonetta 2 and a download code for the original Bayonetta - will come with a steelbook case, an artbook featuring artwork from the first two games, a series of Verse cards and set of stickers. Shortly after the surprise reveal of Bayonetta 3 - itself immediately following the news that both the original and its 2014 follow-up would be coming to the Switch this coming February - Nintendo have also revealed details of a special edition that fans in Europe will be able to get their hands on.
